The tissue obtained from this furnace of AUS Tempering is called Bainite which is milder than Martensite and has plenty of toughness so that it is widely used in the manufacturing industries.
Especially it is very much ideal for heat treating the high carbon steel and the shock value and fatigue strength of Bainite tissue from AUS Tempering increase substantially more than ordinary heat treated tissue.

1. Features
|
As there is no rapid cooling process, almost no crack occurs due to rapid cooling and decarburization and deformation reduce noticeably as the annealing time is short. Mechanical property is excellent by the characteristics of Binite tissue and convenient for post treatment as the surface is clean.
